Totally Lord Rodolfo Greco from the River of Time series by Lisa T. Bergren. Oh heavens, that man is yummy.

I can't even pick anyone else (well, except maybe Lord Maccon from the Parasol Protectorate) because Lord Greco is just so...delicious.
