Top Ten Tuesday #8
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Head on over to their blog for all sorts of goodness!
This week's Top Ten: Top Ten Blogs/Sites You
Read That AREN'T about Books 1. The Food Network: I love their stuff and trying out their recipes. 2. Wookieepedia: Because I am a Star Wars geek and I want to go more in depth on characters and plots and stuff. Also, I want to be a Jedi. 3. Twitter: Duh. This may not count, because it's not a blog, but it IS a site and it sometimes not about books. 4. IMDB: I'm a movie fanatic and I always want to know what the next best movie is. 5. Holiday Insights: I may also be a weird & crazy holiday fanatic. How many of you have celebrated "Shout Fudge at the Cobras of North America Day"? Yes. Yes, I have. 6. My Favorite Hate Mail: If you need a good laugh over some of the nastiness that can go on in the blogosphere, head on over here to giggle. It's hilarious. 7. Death Star PR: It's as if Wookieepedia wasn't geeky ENOUGH for me. 8. It Just Gets Stranger: Read the post about The First Eye and see if you can ever NOT go back. You'll get hooked, I tell you. Also, watch out for The Queen of Colors. She'll cut you. 9. An American Cupcake in London: Two reasons: 1, cupcakes. 2, London. The only way this would be perfect was if it were set in Paris. Then I would fall over dead. 10. Pete Levin: I mostly just use the Shakespearean insult generator, which is technically about books, but let's not get hung up on a technicality. You just haven't lived until you've been called a "beslubbering, beetle-headed bum-bailey." Which sites get your visits?
